1. Read MPC_STAGING_DEPLOYMENT_INSTRUCTIONS.md.
2. Deploy the complete staging.marlothparkcentral.com folder.
3. Preserve the cPanel-managed .htaccess, node_modules symlink and /home/marljsei/mpc-runtime-staging.
4. Run scripts/deploy-cpanel-staging.sh.
5. Run scripts/verify-live-staging.sh https://staging.marlothparkcentral.com 6.82.190.
6. Review MPC_PRODUCTION_PROMOTION_VERDICT.md before any production promotion.

Local release evidence: 317 GET routes, 317 HEAD routes, 861 assets/downloads and 20 API checks passed with zero failures.
